Mosaic Decoupage is a faux technique of creating mosaic tiles like structure with paper and decoupage. It is also known as Paper Mosaics as the mosaic like patterns are made using paper. There are various ways of bringing out tile like structures, i am demonstrating one such thing in this video. In the future videos I would add more techniques of glazing.
